Napoleon Sports & Casino operates a unique Live Casino in Belgium, where you can play online blackjack and roulette games with other players,led in Dutch and French by Belgian Game Presenters.Our exclusive Live Studio employs a vibrant team of Game Presenters that entertain our players 7 days per week between 11am and 4am. As Live Studio Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring operational excellence. You coordinate and support the team to ensure that company objectives are met. In close consultation with, and reporting to the Head of Live Casino, you organize daily operations,coach Shift Managers and Game Presenters and strive for team satisfaction. By doing so,you enable the team to consistently offer our players the most exciting Live Casino experience.

  • Be the first operational point of contact for shift managersand game presenters
  • Manage, supervise, coach, motivateand train the team and build team morale
  • Work with the team to reachrequired results and to meet company objectives
  • Plan and follow up on monthly and daily work schedules,andapprove leaves
  • Prepare and monitor the teams’ KPIs, devise and execute regularimprovement plans
  • Monitor operational performance; assist in periodicperformance reporting to ExCom
  • Organize and perform periodic team and individual meetingsand evaluation sessions
  • Coordinateand perform (re-)training sessions, ensuring that the team,and every individual team member,meets results and masters gaming rules and techniques
  • Monitorincident recordings,follow up on incidentreports and compose OPS reports
  • Coordinate general and HR admin, exchangedata withHR orpartners (interim)
  • Manage employee expectations and resolve requests
  • Participatein recruitment, coordinate and perform onboarding of new hires•
  • Handle disciplinary cases and terminations as needed
  • Manage the live studio inventory
  • Workwith other departments to support the overall success of the Live Studio

Jouw winnaarsprofiel

  • Several years of professional experience in an operational people management position, ideally of a large group of people –experience with shifts is an asset
  • Effective leadership skills, able to inspire, to motivate, toguide, to develop and to supportteam members and stakeholders in being the best version of themselves
  • Outstanding communication skills, using appropriate language at all levels -both spoken and written-in Dutch and English.French communication skills are an asset
  • Able to grasp, analyze and visualize operational performance data, and to compose clear reporting for management purposes, and for informing higher management about results
  • Good MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
  • Solution oriented, problem solving peoples’ person, credibility from integrity and respect
  • A team player who derives satisfaction from bringing people together and delivering resultsin close collaboration with others
  • Not in the least, you are flexible in terms of working hours and willing to participate in late shifts
